Numerology applies this same principle to human life — identifying recurring themes, strengths, and developmental cycles through the structure of your birth date.
Rather than attempting to predict events, this work focuses on understanding patterns, timing, and psychological tendencies so that clearer and more conscious decisions can be made.
What Is Digital Psychology?
In my practice, numerology is approached through the lens of digital psychology — the study of how numerical patterns reflect psychological tendencies, archetypal themes, and life cycles.
My interest in this work has been shaped by both psychological and symbolic traditions. Psychologist Carl Jung wrote extensively about archetypes — universal patterns that shape human behavior, motivations, and life stories. These archetypal structures appear repeatedly across cultures, myths, and individual lives.
Numerical patterns can be viewed in a similar way: as symbolic structures that reveal recurring dynamics in personality, decision-making, relationships, and life timing.
Through this perspective, numerology becomes less about prediction and more about pattern recognition and self-understanding.
Over time, my own research and work with clients has led me to combine these ideas — psychology, archetypal symbolism, and numerological structure — into an approach that explores how patterns shape the way we experience our lives.
Origins of Pattern-Based Thinking
The idea that numbers reveal underlying patterns in reality has fascinated thinkers for centuries.
The Greek philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras explored how numerical relationships appear throughout nature, music, and geometry, and is often considered one of the early figures connected with the development of numerological thought.
During the Renaissance, Leonardo da Vinci studied proportion and geometry in both art and science, demonstrating how mathematical structure appears in the human body and in nature.
In modern psychology, Carl Jung described archetypes — universal patterns that shape human behavior, motivations, and life stories.
