What to Expect
Before your session, take a little time to reflect on what you would like clarity about. You may prepare questions or simply bring an open heart and curiosity.
On the day of your session, I recommend reducing caffeine so your body can relax more easily. Sessions typically last 90–120 minutes, so plan to give yourself a quiet and uninterrupted space.
We begin by talking. This part is important. You can share your story, your intentions, and anything that feels meaningful. You will never be rushed.
During hypnosis, you remain safe and aware. It feels like a deep, focused relaxation. I gently guide you while your Higher Self leads the experience. You may explore meaningful moments connected to your questions — always what is most relevant for you.
After the journey, we connect with your Higher Self for healing, clarity, and guidance. Many people experience emotional release, insight, and a profound sense of understanding.
You will receive a full recording of your session so you can revisit and integrate the experience.
This work often opens a deeper connection to your inner wisdom — one that continues to unfold long after the session ends.
Sessions are offered online via Zoom.
